Virtual Student Engagement

As summer faded into fall, we recognized that many of our teachers were making the same transition that we made in March. Once again, when our community calls, we answer with fierce enthusiasm, an open heart, and a desire to serve in any way that we can.

Student engagement in a virtual setting was a huge topic during this transition. Many of our teachers had great tips to use in a traditional classroom, but struggled with making the transition to using those same tools online. This guide helps to provide a few ideas on ways to build student investment and buy-in while also addressing the need for traditional means of connection and socialization.
